Filmado en 16 mm a color, el concierto original ha sido meticulosamente remezclado y reeditado. Esta nueva versión incluye una interpretación inédita de «Uptown Girl», entrevistas con Billy y escenas detrás de cámaras de la producción. El repertorio incluye versiones reeditadas de canciones del concierto original, como «Piano Man», «We Didn’t Start The Fire», «New York State Of Mind», «Shout» y muchas más, todas interpretadas en vivo desde el emblemático estadio del Bronx.

Este doble CD contiene 22 actuaciones de los dos días históricos que Billy Joel ofreció en el emblemático local The House That Ruth Built. Grabadas el 22 y 23 de junio de 1990, estas nuevas versiones han sido remezcladas a partir de las pistas originales.
