Recorded in two days in the summer of 1967 Nefertiti is Miles Davis’ last fully acoustic album, with no compositions from Miles himself. Most tracks are written by Wayne Shorter & Herbie Hancock. Best known for its unusual title track, where the horns keep repeating the melody and the rhythm section improvises (instead of the other way around).
